**3rd Shift CNC Saw Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a 3rd shift CNC saw operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a CNC saw or CNC grinder. You will receive a work order and be trained on how to set up the machine, load materials, and inspect the final product. This role involves using a lift-assisted crane to load blocks of steel into the machine and ensuring precise adjustments for correct dimensions before cutting or grinding. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC saw or CNC grinder. + Receive and follow work orders. + Set up machines and load materials. + Inspect finished products using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. + Use a lift-assisted crane to load steel materials. + Adjust materials to ensure correct dimensions before processing. + Convert decimals to fractions using a calculator. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation. + Proficiency in shop math. + Ability to convert decimals to fractions. + Experience with calipers and tape measures. + Mechanical inclination. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with inspection equipment. + Attention to detail and precision in measurements. **Why Work Here?** Receive benefits starting the first of the month following conversion, including medical, vision, and dental coverage.
