**Job Title: 3rd Shift Supervisor** **Job Description** Maintenance mechanics will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing food processing equipment in a brand new facility in Franklin. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair food processing equipment. + Repair and replace blades, conveyors, belts, motors, bagging machines, CryoVac machine, robotics, boilers, chillers, and compressors. + Perform preventive maintenance on equipment. + Supervise 3rd shift maintenance activities. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience with industrial or food manufacturing maintenance. + 3+ years of experience in 480v troubleshooting and repair. + 3+ years of experience with at least 3 types of equipment such as conveyors, motors, belts, blades, boilers, chillers, compressors, or bagging machines. + Skills in electrical, mechanical, repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance. **Why Work Here?** All tools are provided by the company. Work in a smoke-free environment that promotes a healthy and wellness-focused lifestyle. **Work Environment** The facility is located in Franklin and operates 3rd shift hours from 10:45 PM to 7 AM, typically working 6 days a week on a rotation with significant overtime. Training on 1st shift for about 1 month is required before moving to the 3rd shift. There is a $2/hour shift premium for all hours worked between 6 PM and 6 AM. The work environment is maintained at 55 degrees. The dress code requires closed-toe shoes, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and pants. All PPE and uniforms, including hair nets, beard nets, shoe covers, smocks, bump caps, and gloves, are supplied. Jewelry, fake/long nails, and fake eyelashes are not permitted. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
