Description

The Group Lead is a working position homed in the sanitation department. It is expected that the majority of your day should be spent on the production floor completing all sanitation tasks to expectation. However, the Group Lead is also an integral part of the Account Service Team and is heavily relied upon by the Account Manager and Operations Manager to act as the main point of contact between Staff Management and the client on 3rd shift. The GL is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with managing a shift and associates.

Performing shift check ins with associatesMonitoring the attendance, performance and conduct of associates on the shift. Providing counseling as needed. Calling out to locate missing associates.Accurately and completely documenting interactions in StaffTrack.Verifying associate punchesReceiving weekly order requests from Johnsonville and filling those orders by scheduling associates appropriately. Communicating weekly schedules back to JohnsonvilleGreeting new starts on their first day, providing plant tours, and introducing them to their Johnsonville department. Checking in with department leads and troubleshooting any concerns.Tracking payroll reporting to ensure accurate payroll and invoicingIn the event of an injury or illness, managing the situation and contacting NurseCare line. Filling out accident reports and accident investigations as needed.Attending a weekly 1:1 with Account Manager

Associate Requirements Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $24.00 - $25.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
