401k/S125 Service Associate I
Description We are on the search for a 401k/S125 Service Associate I to be a part of our team in the Payroll Services industry, based in West Palm Beach, FL. In this role, your primary function will be to handle customer applications, keep meticulous records, and address customer inquiries, all while monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action. This job offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications related to 401k and S125 services. • Maintain precise records of customer credit details. • Handle and resolve any customer inquiries related to 401k and S125 services. • Monitor customer accounts to ensure accuracy and prompt action when necessary. • Administer 401k - RRSP operations as per the set guidelines. • Make sure all customer credit records are up-to-date and accurate. • Take necessary action in case of discrepancies in customer accounts. • Manage customer interactions professionally and effectively. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the 401k and S125 service provision. • Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Requirements • Possess a comprehensive understanding of 401k - RRSP Administration • Previous experience in the Payroll Services industry is desirable • Proficient in maintaining records of 401k and S125 services • Ability to handle client queries regarding 401k/S125 services • Familiarity with payroll software and systems • Strong customer service skills for interacting with clients • Excellent attention to detail for accurate record keeping • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to 401k and S125 services • Willingness to continually update knowledge of industry trends and changes.
