Senior Engineer: Senior Engineers that exhibit proficiency in the development, documentation, unit testing, support of SIT and UAT, implementation planning and execution with area of specific skill in: vetting metadata conventions with stakeholders, data warehousing, centralized data management, and data loss prevention
Architect and Senior Developer: Architects that exhibit competency in designing, creating, deploying and managing the go-forward data architecture, with focus on data solution adoption effort for modernization and data integration

Business Analyst: Business Analyst/Consultants that demonstrate proficiency with one or more areas of skill in: facilitation of PDD and BRD, design coordination, running analysis, establishing service level requirements, application onboarding, maintain or creating documentation to support data dictionaries, establishing data quality rules, perform data quality reporting, generate data management and governance procedures, support testing and training
Infrastructure/Lab Technician: Infrastructure Developers with proven experience in infrastructure development & testing future infrastructure (physical vs. virtual, network design etc.)
Technology Manager: Technology Manager with capabilities with Big Data(MapR, ElasticSearch), platform production monitoring and support, issues resolution, process automation, BCP, capacity planning and expansion, application API integration, PoCs etc.
