Junior Service Partner Specialist
The Partner Specialist will work with the Services Partner Account Manager to be the conduit between Juniper and its channel partners (partners/resellers/distributors) to drive key objectives tied to support renewals and performance against services sales plan.
Candidate will focus on improving and maximizing partner’s service sales performance, for both attach and support renewals. They will analyze performance and drive accountability of partners to support the Juniper service attach and renewal sales objectives. Another key function of the role will be to assist to our Partners helping them understand the service programs and policies, and to help resolve issues and pain points.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in working with partners, resellers, and distributors in a high-tech environment. Experience in service sales or renewals will be beneficial as well.
Activities in this role include:
Host cadence of renewal review calls with top partners to discuss deal status, process issues, best practices and increase communication Prepare and distribute reports of all pending renewals to top partners to be used in reviews and create awareness of all pending renewals Analyze sales and renewal data to identify attach and renewal performance issues and develop corrective actions Train partners on policies, processes, and tools (Self Service and other tools used in service sales/renewals process) Preparing and present renewal metrics to partners and distributors Attending QBR’s as need to discuss service topics and partner sales/renewals performance Assist with problem resolution and escalations related to service sales Engage with Juniper Channel teams and Partner Account Managers to support service sales objectives, including the Juniper service renewals team as needed
Required Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 2-4 years of channel or service sales experience for a network or technology company. Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to organize and work on multiple projects Demonstrated financial, operational, analytical, and decision-making skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation preparation and delivery Process documentation and training skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
