80/20 Program Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Program Manager to oversee and drive execution of multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify and prioritize high-impact activities, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve our business goals. The Program Manager will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional workstream to implement the 80/20 processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement program strategies that align with the 80/20 principle. + Communicate with employees at all levels to engage in problem solving, waste elimination and optimizing resource allocation. + Identify and prioritize the most impactful projects and tasks within the program based on agreed upon metrics. + Champion change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and adoption of improvement initiatives. + Oversee project managers and other staff to ensure successful project delivery. + Review project plans and direct changes to focus on the most critical activities. + Manage risks and issues, taking corrective measures when needed. + Coordinate cross-project activities and dependencies, emphasizing high-value tasks. + Create and manage long-term goals for the program, prioritizing key objectives. + Collaborate with workstream teams to ensure system for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives. + Track financial performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress, identify counter measures, where needed to drive results. + Prepare regular reports and presentations highlighting achievements, and recommended actions. + Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in, communicate the benefits of process improvements, and address concerns or resistance. + Constantly seek, share and implement best practices among all workstreams. **Qualifications:** + Strong understanding of the 80/20 principle and its application in program management. + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, supply chain, finance, or operations. + Practical knowledge of implementing process improvements + Experience of leading multiple, large size projects in different locations + Ability to drive hands on execution in the business + Ability to achieve results through influence and coaching + Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills + Excellent overall business acumen and organizational savvy + Strong verbal and communication skills + Excellent project management skills + Excellent problem-solving abilities. + Passion for continuous improvement and change management + Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
