Juniper Networks Education Services team is looking for a highly driven JNCIP or JNCIE level candidate to serve as customer delivery instructor of medium to advanced-level and emerging curriculum.  The position is America-based although global deliveries will also be likely.

A strong networking background is essential as well as other domains (Service Provider Routing and Switching, Enterprise Routing and Switching, WiFi (Mist), Data Center (Apstra), Security, or Automation). Candidates should be certified in the Juniper Networks Certification Program and have excellent communication and presentation skills. 

 Responsibilities:

Train Juniper customers, partners, and employees on Juniper Networks technology track that will include Enterprise, Service Provider, Security, Automation, Cloud, Data Center, AI solutions and others.Deliver highly professional and engaging training in a classroom or virtual classroom environmentPlan for emerging technologies and prepare for new classes on on-going basisLeverage classroom experience to provide actionable feedback for course development teamStay current with latest industry trendsOther training delivery related responsibilities (e.g. proctoring, courseware development, certification workshops, beta course deliveries, etc.)Travel up to 65%

 

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of experience teaching Juniper coursesJuniper Certifications (JNCIP & JNCIE level, multiple tracks)Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skillsStrong work ethic, attitude, and follow through abilityAbility to travel within assigned territory and other locations including Corporate HQ in Sunnyvale, CABachelor’s degree (CS, IT, Engineering) or equivalent experienceIndustry certifications in the relevant area of expertise is preferredDemonstrated track record of success in technical training and driving customer adoption of technology
