**Position Title: Field** **Mechanical Superintendent**

**What You Will Be Doing**
+ Create and maintain an environment for safe work practices in line with company safety expectations
+ Create and maintain an environment for quality work practices in line with company quality expectations
+ Thorough knowledge of drawings and compliance with project documents to supervise, coordinate and schedule all work at the site. Ensure construction meets all local, state, and national codes.
+ Manage a group of skilled employees / subcontractors in construction, maintenance, and testing of process systems and components across multiple sites.
+ Manage project materials, tools, equipment and labor to support project(s) on time schedule completion.
**What We Are Looking For**
+ Must have 10+ years working as an Mechanical Craftsman
+ Must be able to read prints and demonstrate thorough knowledge in performing maintenance, repairs, and installations
+ Must have good leadership and communication skills with customers co-workers and supervisors
+ Must have experience working on an industrial construction project
+ Demonstrated industrial construction/maintenance history experience

**Conditions of Employment:**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

**Work Environment:**
Role operations primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
