Then we have an opportunity for you to serve as aSystems Maintenance Advisorin Poland as part of the Security Assistance Training Management Organization (U.S. Army SATMO) Security Assistance Team (SAT) supporting the Polish Army M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams Tank Technical Assistance Fielding Team (TAFT). As a Systems Maintenance Advisor you will support a team of diverse individuals to: + Provide Polish Army M1A2 SEPv3 TAFT training and technical support + Provide expert advice and training to Polish Army personnel on techniques and procedures similar to U.S. Army M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams. + Receive a robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership Plan! + Enjoy flexibility managing your work hours and personal needs with a single accrual leave plan. A week in the life of the Systems Maintenance Advisor includes: + Serve as Subject Matter Expert in the maintenance of the M1 system. + Acts as an Instructor/Advisor supporting the Program Manager, Site Lead, other instructors, students, U.S. Army SATMO, and the Polish Army. + Responsible for the instruction of specific lesson(s) of the M1A2 SEPv3 Program. Provides instructors and students with counsel, mentoring, and assessment of their academic performance as required. Job Requirements + Secret Clearance + Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience + Five (5) years of experience as a MOS 913A in a U.S. Army M1 Abrams Battalion or Brigade.
