A/AI Mission Operations Planner Sr Staff - Red Team

**Description:** The Lockheed Martin Artificial Intelligence Center \(LAIC\) team is seeking a high energy professional with subject matter expertise in software engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning and red teaming to ensure the reliable, safe and ethical deployment of LM’s AI products\. This person will be responsible for coordinating multiple Red Team Assignments based on Prioritization of Risk with astute knowledge of Global Adversary Intelligence and Attack Vectors\.
The selected candidate will support AI red teams and align with the following:
• Ensure that Red Teams are aligned to tactical needs of the internal business areas and informed by strategic risk vectors including geopolitical maneuvering, threat changes, and user proclivities\.
• Assist the development and maintenance of a robust risk management framework for LM\. This toolkit will align with DoD Ethical principles and the NIST Risk Management Framework\.
• Collection, organization and oversight of best practices for reliable, responsible governable traceable and equitable proven tactics techniques and procedures for AI capabilities across Lockheed Martin\.
• Partnering with enterprise cyber teams and intelligence partners to conduct deeper inspections of vulnerabilities of AI, data, and networks involved in AI development across Lockheed Martin\.
Must exhibit self\-motivation, a strong work ethic, time management and interpersonal skills\.
The selected candidate can potentially work at any major Lockheed Martin facility or remotely\.
Must be a US Citizen\.
**Basic Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline
• Experience with Strategic Threat Analysis in AI and Cybersecurity against strategic threats, global supply risk and human behaviors
• Experience with tactics development or test/evaluation/certification of new capabilities
• Experience with broad risk management frameworks
• Experience with application of current research in the AI/ML domain
• Experience using machine learning frameworks \(Pytorch, Tensorflow, MxNet, Caffe, etc\.\)
• Experience with Python and multiple libraries \(NumPy, OpenCV, Scikit, Pandas, etc\.\)
• Experience leading large technical teams
• Must be a US Citizen\.
**Desired Skills:**
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline
• Experience with large scale software architecture and design
• Experience with C\+\+, Java, GO, and other compiled languages
• Experience with DevOps tools: Docker, Git \[GitLab, GitHub\], Continuous Integration \[CI\], Continuous Deployment \[CD\]
• Experience with modern Computer Vision
• Experience developing applications on Linux
• Experience with high\-performance computing
• Experience with network/messaging \(UDP, ZeroMQ, RESTful API, etc\.\)
• Experience interfacing with databases \(SQL, MongoDB, etc\.\)

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
