Job Description
A trending and progressive engineering firm is seeking an engineer or design professional to perform various civil-site engineering and site planning tasks. Responsibilities include infrastructure layout, grading plans, roadway plans and profiles, utility layout and coordination, and erosion control typically associated with land/site development projects in a variety of sectors.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop site plans for development sites that include overall site layouts, grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans, plan and elevation views, utility plans, etc.Manage civil-site development projects from commencement through final permit approval with little to no supervision.Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Perform computer-aided design of all site development related components including but not limited to grading, utilities, spatial layout of infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, landscaping, and storm water to produce plans in accordance with various standards and criteria.Possess previous knowledge of or the ability to gain knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical design principles.Review and conduct QA/QC of assigned tasks completed by other engineering and technical staff.Assist engineers and drafters regarding site development design and drafting principles.Essential SkillsExperience with computer drafting software, AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.Experience managing site development projects at a holistic level.Experience designing all aspects including grading, utilities, spatial layout of infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, landscaping, and stormwater.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of telecommunications design.Proficiency in A&E design.Understanding of tower engineering principles.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00
