How you will create an impact

Responsibilities:

Develop relationship, engagement, revenue protection/generate and pipeline. It will also develop/execute strategies, manage KPIs in order to promote profitable growth with A&H.Work jointly with the A&H product lead and team to identify new business opportunities within existing partners: new campaigns, new segments, and new channels.Coordinate job interfaces for successful implementation of products and campaigns.

What you’ll need to succeed

Product experience in Personal Insurance industry (Mandatory A&H Products: Personal Accident, Credit Life, Credit PA ), including P&L responsibility.  Knowledge of DDM tools, as TARP/ARP management.Experience in Affinity Insurance market, negotiation with sponsors and B2B deals.Knowledge of Partnerships Affinity including metric analysis, deals structure.Strong communication (oral and written) and influencing skills and proven ability to collaborate and work across multiple areas of the organization.Detail oriented, problem solving ability. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Office products; particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent. Fluent English / Spanish desirable.
