About the role What you need to know: Accountabilities for the role: • Handle Travel claims according to claims handling guideline • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers • Achieve a minimum of the quality and quantity targets • Carry out all services in a professional manner demonstrating a high degree of quality and accuracy at all times. • Identify potential risks (possibility of fraud case) and to ensure the company operates in the most efficient manner possible, reducing transactional costs and risks to the business. • Carry out your accountabilities and objectives within the framework of AIG's procedures, policies and processes What we’re looking for: Requirement + Knowledge of Claims processes and procedures. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a high level of responsibility. + Effective time management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet varying tasks and deadlines. + Strong verbal and written skills. + To work with integrity, able to work independently or as part of a team to achieve personal and business objectives. + Good numeracy, literacy and attention to detail. + Able to self-reflect/ analyze, actively seek feedback to identify strengths and personal development.
