Job Summary Langan is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join its collaborative team in Parsippany, NJ. This individual will serve a key function in providing accounts payable support for corporate operations and other branch offices. In this role, you will have the opportunity to with a dynamic accounting team. Job Responsibilities + Reviews and approves vendor invoices submitted through Image Capture system and routes to proper employees; + Completes the manual data entry of vendor invoices not processed through the Image Capture system; + Coordinates the preparation and mailing of check request runs and accounts payable checks; + Reviews vendor statements to ensure all invoices are received; + Assists Expense Coordinator in reviewing and approving employee expense reports submitted through expense system; and + Performs other duties as requested. Qualifications + High school diploma or associate degree; + 0-2 years of relevant experience; + Experience with accounting software; + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; + Ability to maintain confidentiality; + Strong interpersonal skills; + Excellent written and verbal communication skills; + Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and + Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
