**Job Title: A&P Mechanic** **Company Overview:** + A full-service helicopter facility headquartered in Northern California (Woodland). We provide 24/7 service and support worldwide. This location is our main maintenance facility and is always busy. Privately owned, we value our family environment. **Job Overview:** + Seeking experienced A&P Mechanics for our Certified Repair shop (MRO - Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul). Positions available for: + 2x rotary experience only + 2x fixed-wing general aviation with a focus on Cessna (Cessna 208 Caravan) **Job Duties:** + Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections and maintenance on rotorcrafts. + Maintain and repair aircraft structures and related components, including flight controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components. **Airframes:** + Airbus EC120, AS350 (H125), EC130 (H130), EC135 (H135), BK117 (H145) + Bell 429, 430, 407, 206 + Leonardo 109, MD 500 + Robinson R22, R44, R66 **Shift:** + Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with opportunities for overtime. Overtime is not mandatory and is often available on Saturdays or 1-2 hours after shifts. **Pay Rate:** $27-43/hr + Level 1: 1 - 2 years = $27 - $35 + Level 2: 2 - 4 years = $35 - $39 + Level 3: 4+ years = $40 - $43 Scale is based on rotorcraft experience, but we are open to fixed-wing experience (prefer MRO/Heavy check experience over line maintenance). **Location:** + 1 in Napa or Redding and 1 in Auburn. + Fixed-wing aircrafts being added: Beechcraft, Cessna, Piper (General Aviation). **Relocation:** + Open to out-of-state applications and can assist with a relocation package on a case-by-case basis. + Per Diem offered. **Skills:** + A&P License, helicopter troubleshooting, aircraft maintenance, airframe repair. **Top Skills Details:** + A&P License, helicopter maintenance. **Required:** + 1+ years of rotorcraft aviation experience. + A&P License. + Valid driver's license. + Must own tools and toolbox (company is flexible with borrowing tools initially). + Open to travel (position may require travel to nearby airports). **Preferred:** + Candidates looking for long-term opportunities and career growth. + Rotorcraft experience: Airbus/Bell. + Fixed-wing GA (Cessna 208 Caravan). + MRO, heavy maintenance checks experience. + Compliance Requirements: + Eligibility to clear FAA safety-sensitive requirements: FAA Drug Test, 7-year Bckgnd Check. + Valid Driver's license. **Disqualifiers:** + No A&P License. + Only line maintenance experience. + Unable to pass FAA requirements. + No rotorcraft experience.
