Job DescriptionTroubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft, adhering to appropriate manuals and regulationsDocument all work performed accurately and in compliance with industry standardsOperate ground support equipment and assist with various maintenance tasks, including engine removal/installation and component repairsPerform mechanical and electrical removals and installations as requiredComply with Environmental Health & Safety policies and participate in 5-S activitiesAssist with maintenance at off-site locations and perform other duties as needed, including fuel/de-fuel operationsWork safely and efficiently, adapting to various weather conditions and non-standard schedules as necessary

QualificationsA&P license requiredMinimum 2 years' experience on fixed wing, rotary, or military aircraftStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal)Own basic set of hand tools with inventory & control abilityAbility to work overtime, on non-scheduled days, and in various weather conditionsProficiency in interpreting mechanical engineering drawings and using basic PC applicationsWillingness to obtain necessary qualifications (e.g., Ground Support Equipment, SIDA badge)
