Job Description

We are seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to perform maintenance for our client's Part 145 Repair Station specializing in turbine aircraft such as Citation, Falcon, Textron, Cirrus, and Gulfstream. The role involves performing heavy maintenance tasks, including phase inspections and maintenance and regular aircraft inspections.

ResponsibilitiesPerform heavy maintenance on turbine aircraft.Conduct phase inspections and annual, 100-hour, and 300-hour inspections.Ensure compliance with Part 145 Repair Station regulations.Participate in daily 8 AM meetings and adhere to the provided inspection documents.Essential SkillsA&P licenseMinimum of 2+ years of relevant experienceExperience with turbine engine aircraftExperience with Citation or King Air aircraft preferredValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma or equivalentMust provide own toolsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in an MRO environmentCorporate aircraft maintenance experienceAbility to perform annual and other scheduled inspectionsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work in a Part 145 hangar environment. The day starts with an 8 AM all-hands meeting, followed by receiving inspection documents and moving from task to task as needed. The work is project-driven, with a team of 14 employees. The standard workweek is 40 hours, with overtime scheduled ahead of time and based on project needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manassas, Virginia. Our client is also open to short-terrm contracts for those with significant corporate jet experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
