A&P Mechanic
**Position: Aircraft Line Maintenance Technician (A&P Mechanic)** **Pay:** $35–$38/hour (depending on experience) **Schedule:** 4x10s, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Wednesday through Saturday **Job Overview** Join our team as a **Line Maintenance Technician** , specializing in Boeing 737, 757, 767 aircrafts. This role involves performing maintenance, repair, and overhaul of airframe components, powerplants, and communication equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. **Key Responsibilities** + Conduct maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft systems and components in accordance with company manuals, manufacturer guidelines, and FAA standards. + Perform inspections and remain vigilant for defective, worn, or failed parts while maintaining a safe working environment. + Document and sign for all work accomplished, ensuring thorough and accurate records. + Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area and assist with the repair and maintenance of company equipment and property. + Execute tasks assigned by supervisors or higher management, ensuring timely and efficient completion. + Exercise authority under RII (Required Inspection Item) provisions and report directly to the Director of Quality Control when doing so. + Attend all required company training sessions assigned by the Director of Maintenance. **Qualifications** + **A&P License** : Must hold a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant license (FAR 121.378a). + **Experience** : Minimum of 3 years A&P experience, ideally in line maintenance. + Familiarity with Boeing 737, 757, and 767 aircraft is preferred. + Heavy transport category aircraft experience under Parts 121, 125, or 145 is highly desirable. + Ability to clearly communicate with customers and co-workers. + Capable of meeting physical demands, including standing, bending, reaching, and sitting for extended periods. + Must pass a DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screening. + Valid passport or ability to obtain one. **Preferred Skills** + Demonstrated experience in heavy transport aircraft maintenance. + Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
