Job Description
We are looking to hire an Avionics Technician with an A&P license to perform maintenance and troubleshoot Corporate Aircraft. The role involves performing scheduled maintenance on Falcon Aircraft, troubleshooting airframe, engine, and components, and is located at Morristown Airport. Candidates must be within driving distance to the facility.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify, and service aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment.Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.Perform all assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner.Assist with mechanical/electrical removals and installations.Assist with other maintenance disciplines as needed.Read and understand electrical engineering drawings.Effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and/or aircraft status.Essential SkillsA&P License3 years of maintenance experience working on Corporate Jets or Regional aircraftStrong aircraft avionics and maintenance experienceAbility to troubleshoot and install Satcom, Wi-Fi, and understand manualsAdditional Skills & QualificationsFalcon experience is ideal but not requiredWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
You will be working indoors in a hangar. The dress code includes a T-shirt, work pants, and steel toe boots. The position is a 6-month contract to hire, first shift from Monday to Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00
