**Job Title: A&P Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair a fleet of Citation and Hawker jets. You will be responsible for managing accurate maintenance records, performing maintenance planning, and overseeing inspections, repairs, and modifications. The standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with approximately 10% overtime. The environment is sensitive and requires attention to detail and safety. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
