**Job Title: A&P Mechanic**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair a fleet of Citation and Hawker jets. You will be responsible for managing accurate maintenance records, performing maintenance planning, and overseeing inspections, repairs, and modifications. This role involves comprehensive 'tip to tail' maintenance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and repair Citation and Hawker jets
+ Manage accurate maintenance records and perform maintenance planning
+ Oversee inspections, repairs, and modifications as assigned
+ Conduct comprehensive 'tip to tail' maintenance
**Essential Skills**
+ A&P License
+ Experience with aircraft maintenance and inspection
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing aircraft
+ Ability to manage maintenance records and perform maintenance planning
+ Experience with Hawker, Cessna, Gulfstream, Falcon, Bombardier, and other corporate aircraft
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Airline experience is beneficial
+ Good work history with a long-term career focus
+ Entry-level A&P's are welcome to apply

**Work Environment**
You will be working in a clean aircraft hangar. The standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with approximately 10% overtime. The environment is sensitive and requires attention to detail and safety.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00
