**Job Title: Aircraft Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Technician to join our team. Our company is a leader in aircraft line maintenance engineering in the U.S., specializing in advanced aircraft repair capabilities and a wide network of line stations. With a focus on technical training, uncompromising quality controls, and continuous improvement, we deliver innovative technical services for all commercial aircraft operators. **Responsibilities** + Removal and disassembly of defective parts + Assembly and installation of replacement parts + Testing aircraft systems + Performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks + Conducting inspections and heavy maintenance on aircraft **Essential Skills** + Must have a current valid FAA Airframe License + **Minimum of 1 years' Boeing experience, ideally with 767, 757, 737, or 747 aircraft** + Experience in maintenance repair, troubleshooting, and inspection + Ability to frequently stand, walk, climb, balance, bend, or crawl + Ability to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds + Must be able to read and write English + Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have a valid driver’s license + Ability to work near and around moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals + Exposure to loud noises and extreme weather conditions + Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical information **Why Work Here?** As a leading MRO in the USA, we service over 100,000 flights per year across 40+ line stations worldwide. Shifts are available for both days and nights, with options of **6pm to 7am or 6am to 7pm.** The schedule includes 3 12-hour shifts followed by 1 6-hour shift. Shift 1 runs from Wednesday to Saturday, and Shift 2 from Sunday to Wednesday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, Florida. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $41.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
