If you’re passionate about aviation and have hands-on experience with rotorcraft, we want you to join our expert team and help deliver high-performance solutions that save lives and ensure safety. **Role Overview:** As an A&P Mechanic, you will perform essential inspections, maintenance, and repairs on rotorcraft, ensuring all systems meet safety and operational standards. You will work on airframe and engine components, drivetrain installations, and assist with post-maintenance flight tests, contributing directly to the mission-critical readiness of our aircraft. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on rotorcraft airframe and engine components + Conduct sheet metal repairs and major inspections + Install, inspect, and remove drivetrain components + Assist with flight tests and ensure proper documentation of all work + Collaborate with a dedicated team to meet aggressive schedules and ensure quality completions + Adhere to safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times **Position Requirements:** + FAA A&P Certification + 4+ years of relevant experience, rotorcraft experience required (Bell rotorcraft experience preferred) + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and perform physical tasks (kneeling, squatting, climbing, etc.) + Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions **Ready to Take Flight with Us?** **If you’re an experienced A&P Mechanic with a passion for rotorcraft, we want to hear from you!** **Apply now and take the next step in your career with PDS Tech Commercial.** **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $40.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
