STS Line Maintenance is hiring highly motivated A&P Mechanics to support the daily maintenance operations at our growing station in Mesa, Arizona. The A&P Maintenance Technician will ensure aircraft are maintained to the highest airworthiness standards, providing top-level service for customers. Key Responsibilities: Report directly to Station Manager and Lead Technicians, partnering with airlines and flight crew. Maintain aircraft per FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and company policies. Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair aircraft airframes and engines. Work on B737NG/MAX, A-320 family, E-145/170/175. Candidate Requirements: Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License. Recent A&P experience with turbine-powered aircraft preferred. Must pass background checks, drug tests, and customs clearance. Proficient with aircraft manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
