Biweekly pay for salaried employees. + Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays + A tuition reimbursement plan where employees are encouraged to continue their education and development + For more information on our benefit offerings, please visit https://suddath.com/about/careers/ and scroll down to view our employee benefits. **Description:** AR/Collections Coordinator: Manage the collection process of key accounts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure timely payments. **Key Responsibilities:** + Create, maintain and distribute daily, weekly and/or monthly AR Statements + Coordinate collection process for past due invoices + Process credit card payments + Provide back up for daily deposits + Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding account information + Research and resolve invoice discrepancies + Update customer account information + Update payment history files + Assist with month end close **Job skills required:** + Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and other MS Office products. + Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility and patience. + Excellent customer service skills, organization, communication and problem-solving skills. + Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. + Ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment as dictated by the duties of the job and perform data entry and typing functions. **Job skills preferred:** + Knowledge of SAP, MoversSuite and Great Plains is a plus **Other Duties & Responsibilities:** Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Two (2) year college preferred, or relevant work experience required.
