Responsibilities: * The A/R Specialist will conduct research and analysis of open AR for numerous national divisions * Prepare and maintain various reports of AR to send out to regional directors * Maintain accurate aging reports * Identify and execute the necessary process of adjustments to accounts * Send outstanding brokerage statement to clients for payment * The A/R Specialist will perform daily follow-up with outstanding clients/sales team members * Reconcile AR to the GL
