At CBRE Portugal, within our Advisory and Transactions Offices team, we are currently seeking a **Consultant** to grow our team of dedicated professionals. This role is based in the **Oporto** office. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Support the drafting of proposals for representation of Occupiers, Investors and/or Owners. Share with potential Occupiers the deals that best fit considering the available offer. Supporting the drafting of mediation contracts- Monitor all phases of the transaction, including follow-up visits, both on behalf of Occupiers and investors. Identify market opportunities and trends that may create business advantages for the A&T Offices business. Contribute to the acquisition of new Clients (Investor Leasing) and Occupiers (Tenant Representation). Keep the page dedicated to A&T Offices, on the CBRE Portugal website, always updated. Develop the customer database, including inserting demand and supply of Real Estate Properties. **WHAT CAN YOU OFFER US?** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree + Relevant professional experience + Strong interest in Commercial Real Estate + Solid commercial profile + Strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic team environment + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and in English.
