Our Security Team Specialist plays an essential role for our clients and in society. This position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. We provide the highest level of customer service in a professional and courteous manner. Some responsibilities may include: maintain security and safety of the client’s premises, serve as a visible deterrent, prepare detailed and accurate reports, promptly respond to incidents, use technology devices, and provide high level customer service.

Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older  High School Diploma or GED Required  Standard computer / technology skills needed Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus Customer service background preferred  Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift Must have great attention to detail  Must be comfortable conducting access control duties   Must have 1 year of security experience and 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience Must be able to complete all job duties indoors and outdoors  Must be comfortable with report writing
