The ideal candidate would be someone with dealership experience that has achieved the highest level of certification for the manufacturer they were would for. Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
