JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Regional Intervention Program is a parent implemented professionally supported program for young children ages 2 to 6 years old and their families who are experiencing challenging behaviors. The program is available to families from 9 to 11 a.m., 3 to 5 p.m., and 4 to 6 p.m. CST, with a preference for availability from bachelor level applicant during the 4 to 6 pm program time.

WORK SCHEDULE

20 hours per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Working hours are between 8 am and 6 p.m. CST, with a preference for availability from bachelor level applicant during the 4 to 6 p.m. program time.Internship fully on-site in Columbia, TN (Maury County)

QUALIFICATIONS

Working toward an associate or bachelor’s degree in public health, early childhood, social sciences, or related fieldInterest in gaining positive behavior management experience in supporting parents of young childrenDemonstrated history of being able to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work with observation data; detail-orientedExcellent communication skillsBilingual English/Spanish preferred
