AAA Retail Sales Associate (In-Store Sales and Customer Service)

The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location, as well as federal, state, and local regulations. + Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription coverage + 8 Paid Holidays + Paid time off to volunteer + Tuition reimbursement + 401(K) plan with company match up to 7% The primary duties of a Retail Sales Associate are: + Consistently up-sell/cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals + Plan domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books and, triptiks) + Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes Minimum Qualifications: + Have a high school diploma/GED + Minimum of six (6) months of sales/customer service experience + Have effective communication skills both written and oral + Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs + Ability to read maps and geography knowledge a plus ACA is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment practices laws.
