The primary duties of the Tag & Title Clerk are:

Process driver’s license and vehicle registration applicationsProvide advice and answer questions on licensing and registration policies and proceduresConsistently up-sell/cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referralsAnswer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumes

Minimum Qualifications:

Have a high school diploma/GEDPrevious experience in tag and title work is preferredMinimum of one (1) year of sales/customer service experienceHave effective communication skills both written and oralProficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programsWorking knowledge of Motor Vehicle Title system preferredNotary Public designation or the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Notary Public designation with six (6) months of employmentMust maintain a satisfactory criminal history, as well as meet all state-specific legal requirements for this job. Ability to successfully complete all required training workshops provided for Title Service Agents.

For Pennsylvania employees:

Ability to successfully complete the On-Line Messenger (OLM) Certification testing within ninety (90) days of receiving system authorization.Ability to successfully complete the Basic Agent Services Training course within one year month of hire.Ability to successfully complete the Advance Agent Services Training course every two (2) years.
