WHAT WE'RE DOING
Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company based in Stratford, CT, is a world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced helicopters for military and commercial missions. The Army and Air Force Systems (AAFS) group within Sikorsky encompasses key customer-facing roles with the responsibility to ensure support of the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. The AAFS line of business is seeking an experienced professional to work as part of the Program Management team to provide business management support as the Army and Air Force Business Office Project Analyst.
THE WORK
The Project Analyst will have the responsibility to support the flawless execution of all contractual obligations under the AAFS line of business. The Army and Air Force Business Office core focus areas include capture management, business processes alignment, proposal preparation and contract closeout across the Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) Production Lots, Black Hawk Multi-Year, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Support Service Contracts (SSC)/modernization segments. Responsibilities include:
- Develops, plans, and schedules proposals for AAFS Programs in accordance with estimating policy, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) & Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) requirements, and other government regulations.
- Shapes, develops, and matures business case analysis and cost methods resulting in a comprehensive bid/price strategy.
- Work with program leadership and functional areas to implement process improvements for greater affordability while maintaining positive relationships.
- Builds executive level presentations and presents recommendations to leaders.
- Participates as a member of the contract negotiating team and interacts with multiple customer counterparts.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college
Experience in proposal management, business management, finance, contracts, supply chain and/or program management.
Desired Skills:
Previous experience in capture management experience. Familiarity with RMS Business Models, Rate Structures, BOE and Pricing Tools.
Familiarity with H-60 aircraft. Familiarity with Avionics.
Energetic, organized, and results driven
The ability to establish positive relationships with various customers, teammates, and subcontractors is required. The individual will also have solid written, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
