Your Key Responsibilities: • Implement ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using advanced data collection methods. • Family Collaboration: Provide daily feedback and coaching to parents, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. • Community Integration: Deliver services in various settings, helping clients engage with their communities. What We're Looking For: • Experience: 1 year preferred but not required. • Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM • Certifications: Driver's License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification. • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
