As the Applied Behavior Analysis Services Coordinator, you would collaborate with Client Services in the organization of staff and client schedules and you may provide clinical services to children as well.
The starting hourly pay for this position is $19.71.
Responsibilities:
Monitor intake, discharge and wait lists for ABA services by providing appropriate enrollment and discharge planning consultation using sound independent judgment. Independently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with Human Resources to meet program staffing and budget needs in ABA services including effectively interviewing and hiring qualified candidates. Coordinate day to day staffing needs utilizing available staff, float or on-call staff to ensure adequate coverage to meet programming needs. Lead onboarding training for Behavior Technicians in the programs assigned. Assist in the ongoing training of staff Create materials and provide information on autism spectrum disorders and related disorders to families and for use by Fraser clinical staff, other divisions of Fraser, and for Fraser management. Collaborate with support staff across divisions to ensure quality of client care. Notify Supervisors and Client Services staff (Intake) of changes in caseload to assist clinical staff maintaining appropriate productivity expectations. Ensure appropriate supplies are maintained for assigned program areas and sites. Upon request, float to cover clinical and/or coordinator duties at assigned locations. Provide person-centered, responsive approaches and interventions children aged 2-7 with ASD. Engage in respectful, open communication with the individual's receiving services, the responsible party and other family and team members to promote consistent, quality care.Fraser offers:
