Maxim Healthcare Services Alhambra Office is hiring for a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism within the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:

Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviorsDocument child progress and milestonesFollow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior AnalystsProvides behavior support services and crisis interventionFollow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor

Qualifications:

Passion for working with children with special needsStrong communication skillsHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of one (1) year relevant experience preferredCurrent CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain oneComputer proficiency required

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate between $20 - $24 based on experience, education, and certification$150 startup bonus if all trainings are completed by assigned deadlines$50 referral bonus
