Caterpillar Returnship is a 24-week company paid , office -based program designed to enable a soft launch for experienced professionals on a career break. This initiative includes, networking sessions, coaching, trainings and a project / work scope assignment. Eligibility to apply – Career break of minimum 6 months.

What You Will Do: ​

Required Skillset:

•    Strong development background with expert understanding of ABAP OO, Design Patterns, ABAP Unit Test (AUT) developments, Technical topics like Billing Engine enhancements, BDocs, PPF actions, BRF, CIF process.

•    Candidate should have experience in SAP ABAP development and Implementation projects. 

•    Specialization in one of these SAP modules - ECC, SPP, CRM or EWM 

•    Experience in SAP HANA and SAP Fiori based tools and Fiori development is a plus

•    SAP S4 HANA implementation expertise is a plus

•    Working knowledge in OData, Fiori Elements or Fiori free stile is a plus. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

•    Work with functional team and Architects to Design & develop ABAP code as per FRD.

•    Support String Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing & Post Go-Live

•    Ensure all documents mentioned in development checklist are maintained as required

•    Track and Report on deliverables status to program coordinator on daily basis

This position will require travelling about 10% of the time.
