Executar as atividades diversas vinculadas ao processo de abastecimento de maquina, realizando recebimento da matéria prima, abastecimento e limpeza dos funis, regulagem dos parâmetros nos periféricos de acordo com a seqüência de produção determinada pelo PCP. - Receber a matéria prima de acordo com as quantidades programadas; - Realizar conferencia físico das quantidades requisitadas pelo PCP; - Realizar limpeza alimentadores e desumificadores, de acordo com a MTP (Método de Trabalho Padronizado) a fim de garantir a retirada total do material anterior para entrada de novo material; - Realizar a limpeza de filtros pertinentes (conforme check list de TPM), a fim de garantir o correto funcionamento do equipamento. - Abastecer as máquinas da produção com matéria prima de acordo com a programação estabelecida pela PCP; - Identificar corretamente a matéria prima abastecida e retirada de materiais que sobram das estufas a fim de garantir a rastreabilidade do produto; - Realizar apontamentos a fim de garantir a rastreabilidade dos itens abastecidos; - Retirar das máquinas de produção as sobras e os resíduos de matéria prima (borras) da produção anterior; - Assegurar a utilização adequada das ferramentas e equipamentos; - Realizar TPM (pequenas manutenções) nos equipamentos de abastecimento; -Informar ao superior imediato sobre a falta de algum item que prejudique atender ao pedido da produção; - Manter o local e o ambiente de trabalho limpo e organizado. - Ajudar na manutenção dos certificados de qualidade. **_We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too._** Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
