Brief Summary of Primary Duties:

Communicate and administer Prysmian Group policies and proceduresParticipate in CI improvements using lean manufacturing skillsEnsure a safe work environment at all timesLead Tier meetings with employeesTroubleshoot process and equipment issuesCoordinate between different groups such as logistics and maintenanceResolve conflicts on the shop floorPerform necessary clerical activities such as time or record keepingDrive quality and cost saving initiativesGuide, mentor, and lead shop floor associates
