提供以顾客为中心的店内服务，随时掌握商品的最新资讯，并使用建议性的销售方式与顾客分享全套服装的搭配。为顾客营造一个快速、轻松和气氛活跃的购物环境。
推动业绩
通过向顾客沟通品牌的关键类商品的产品亮点，最大化增加向顾客销售关键类商品的机会，努力促进成交，从而帮助门店提升产品销量和业绩。
积极参与并和团队共同达成业绩目标。
在经理不在场的情况下执行必要的门店运营工作。
卖场陈列和仓库整理
确保卖场的商品符合视觉陈列的标准，尺码齐全并可以高效和快速地完成商品补货，按经理分配的任务要求和标准完成指定区域的工作，商品叠放整齐，以方便顾客购物。确保每间试衣间干净且没有损坏。
监督仓库的管理，包括接收和处理货物，仓库存储的商品整齐有序摆放。

The Job
Provides great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer’s needs. Possesses an individualized style that relates to customers. Engage customers in a genuine way to drive sales and provide an exciting, fast and easy store experience. Oversees the functions of the stockroom including receiving and processing shipment, merchandise organization and sales floor replenishment. Executes necessary operational functions in the event that a manager is not present.
Brand Representative Leads work schedule requirements vary across countries, but are typically spread across 5 working days weekly. Brand Representative Leads are required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, and during the weeks of peak holiday.
