Our award-winning Account Based Marketing (ABM) team is growing, and we are looking for a Digital Engagement Strategist who combines expertise in technology platforms with strategic thinking to develop and execute complex campaigns. Email marketing is a key channel for this position.
About the Role: In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, research, and creative teams. You’ll lead the development and delivery of complex email campaigns targeting business decision-makers on behalf of our utility clients. Your expertise in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Eloqua will be crucial in creating seamless information flows within the tech stack.
Long term, you’ll shape the future of our ABM services, helping utilities redefine how they engage their business customers. Success in client delivery will position you for Thought Leadership and business development opportunities at all levels.

What you will be doing:
Shape and implement tech stacks for ABM across diverse clients.
Manage day-to-day email marketing tasks, including calendar management, coding, campaign setup, testing, scheduling, deployment, and reporting.
Develop email marketing strategies and serve as a subject matter consultant.
Execute customer segmentation to deliver targeted messaging.
Work with contact databases to ensure clean data for campaign deployment.
Prepare presentations for senior leadership and participate in cross-departmental solutioning sessions.
Stay informed of industry changes, innovations, and best practices.
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education) 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a high level of proven expertise in developing, deploying, and reporting on complex email campaigns. Skilled in implementing integrated B2B and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, and experienced in developing comprehensive annual marketing strategies.Experience in using Salesforce Pardot, Eloqua, or similar email marketing and ABM platforms Experience with HTML and CSS codingWhat we would like you to have:
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to ensure data protection and compliance Knowledge of the utility or energy sector Education or certification in B2B marketing and/or Account Based Marketing Certification in an email marketing platform such as Pardot or Eloqua Knowledge of CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques Experience with advanced data segmentation and targeting techniques Knowledge of marketing automation workflows and triggers for personalized customer journeys Knowledge of Google AnalyticsProfessional Skills:

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$89,203.00 - $151,646.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
