ABM Technology Program Manager  

Your Impact 

As a vital member of the Demand Generation Technology Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the performance of ABM platforms, developing scalable processes, and providing actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.  

This role oversees optimizing tools like Demandbase, Sendoso, and Pathfactory to support highly targeted and personalized marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement from key accounts. The ABM Technology Program Manager bridges the gap between marketing, sales, and IT teams by ensuring that ABM technologies are effectively integrated, maintained, and leveraged to support business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:  

Maintain and Optimize Tech Stack: Own the administration, optimization, and integration of ABM platforms such as Demandbase, Sendoso, and Pathfactory ensuring platforms are configured to support execution of ABM campaigns.  Process Improvement: Develop and document best practices, playbooks, and templates to scale ABM efforts across the org.  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Marketing Ops, and Sales to align ABM initiatives with broader GTM strategies. Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ABM tech.  Training Delivery: Partner with Enablement team to create and maintain documentation to support Marketing, SDRs, and Field Sales effectively using ABM tools and processes.  Campaign Execution: Support marketing teams in designing, automating, and executing campaigns using ABM and marketing automations tools.  

 

Data and Insights: Ensure data integrity and quality in ABM platforms through governance and quality control processes  

 

 

Qualification and Skills 

To excel in this role, you should bring: 

Experience: 4+ years in ABM, Marketing Operations, or Demand Generation roles 

 

Tech Expertise: Proven experience in ABM, marketing automation platforms (Marketo), and CRM systems (Salesforce). Demandbase and strong understanding of ABM principles, strategies, and execution is a must. 
  AI Experience: Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, predictive analytics, and automation to drive ABM effectiveness  
  Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously. 

 

Data and Analytics: Familiarity with audience segmentation, account targeting, and persona development. Ability to analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights. 

 

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills to work effectively across teams. 

 

Growth Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and bringing innovative solutions to the table.
