Hours: Monday- Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
General Summary
Responsible for providing business support for the HR Absence Team within Total Rewards. This includes absence related support to the organization, participation in analysis and solution development efforts related to Paid Time off (PTO), Sick Leave plans, Leave of Absence (LOA), Disability, return to work, etc.

Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
2 years Absence Management and/or HR related experience . Required Experience working with HCM/ERP applications such as Lawson or Oracle. Preferred and 2 years Experience working with Absence Management such as: PTO, Sick Leave plans, LOA, Eligibility, Disability, return to work, Workflow, and Reporting. PreferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong time management skills a must.
