Department Maintenance Position AC Technician Location Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan Qualification Diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AC Technician, preferably in industrial or remote site environments. Requirements Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various types of air conditioning systems, including split, window, and central units. Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and tools used in AC maintenance and repair. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in handling electrical and refrigerant systems. Physical ability to work in challenging conditions, including lifting and accessing tight spaces. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioning systems, including cleaning, inspecting, and replacing components as necessary. Diagnose and repair faults in AC systems, including electrical and mechanical issues. Install, relocate, or upgrade air conditioning units and associated equipment as required. Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient energy use and proper cooling. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work logs and inventory usage. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and environmental regulations during all tasks. Assist in the procurement and management of spare parts, tools, and consumables for AC systems. Provide technical support and guidance to team members on AC-related issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to site operations.
