The purpose of the position is to advise undergraduates on degree requirements academic planning academic policies course selection experiential learning opportunities academic audits and degree clearances graduate study and career planning and referrals to a wide range of campus services There will be significant involvement in orientation and admission activities as well as informational events Other duties include teaching a Neuroscience section of the colleges freshman seminar CMNS100 maintaining advising records auditing managing social media and other outreach scheduling and commencement
