Shift Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm primarily, with some evening and weekends required for events, travel. Job Summary The Academic Coordinator Senior will manage the student affairs team within the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration, advise undergraduate students, and lead student support and retention efforts across all Martin School programs.

This person will serve as the primary academic advisor for all undergraduate public policy majors, plus meet with current UK students interested in the major or minor. The Academic Coordinator Senior will also lead all orientations for Martin School students, will manage student trips and events, and will develop a recruitment strategy to provide direction to the Recruiter position. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Microsoft Office, SAP, Tableau, Concur, event management and time management systems Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
