Develop and Implement Policies: Shape academic HR policies and ensure alignment with institutional goals. Manage HR Programs: Oversee academic recruitment, appointments, advancements, and faculty welfare programs. Administer Compensation and Benefits: Handle salary administration, benefits, and payroll with precision and care. Facilitate Visa Procurement: Provide essential support to our international faculty throughout the visa process. Enhance Faculty Development: Coordinate training, development, and address faculty misconduct and promote equity and inclusion initiatives.

Salary: $26.10 – $49.38 hourly
