The Department of Medicine is hiring an Academic Personnel Coordinator to support the administration of academic human resources policies and programs. This role involves recommending, developing, and implementing procedures related to academic recruitment, appointments, and advancements; compensation and salary management; faculty welfare and equity initiatives; visa procurement; benefits; payroll; training and development; and addressing faculty misconduct. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with labor contracts, statutes, and university policies while fostering a supportive and equitable environment for faculty.
