Academic success advisors for undergraduate programs are key contributors to promoting and supporting student success, retention and graduation. The Ira A. Advising teams support students from their first semester until graduation by working directly with students in person, by phone, Zoom or e-mail, and through Salesforce case management strategies. Advisors are also key contributors to supporting student engagement through The Fulton Difference.

Interviews will be conducted based upon the hiring needs of the schools. This position has a rolling deadline; that means, each week, applicants will be reviewed. Bachelor’s degree AND one (1) year or more previous experience in one or more of the following: advising, student recruitment/retention or related student services utilizing a proactive and innovative approach which results in demonstrated outcomes in retention, graduation, and academic planning; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
