Title: ACAS EUCOM Poland: Principal Project Control - Contingency Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces and civilians deployed around the world under KBR’s Strategic Army Portfolio. KBR’s enduring mission support of the DoD Armed Forces dates back to 1992 when we served as the Army’s original prime contractor for its Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). Today, we have a workforce of ~5,000 people representing 30 nationalities who perform work in 10 countries. Under the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever (ASF) Sanitization (ACAS) contract; KBR will manage and perform the receipt, storage, maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of vehicles and property. Job Summary As the Principal, Project Control, you will lead the financial management and cost control functions for the program, overseeing the implementation and execution of task order (TO) financial policies and procedures. Please note: This position will be located on-site, in multiple countries across the Eastern EU and is contingent upon award. Roles and Responsibilities + Collaborates with the Program Manager (PM) to establish financial goals and develop scalable financial management solutions that align with business processes + Provides strategic leadership in cost analysis, financial forecasting, and detailed financial reporting to support program objectives. + Manages working capital activities such as invoicing support, accruals, cost variances, and financial deliverables, including the Monthly Status Report (MSR). + Oversees the financial components of CSRs, including developing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for agricultural cleaning and sanitization projects, ensuring comprehensive financial tracking and reporting across all program activities. + Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position. + Must have a Master’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of directly related experience. A High School Diploma and an additional 6 years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. + Must have experience developing forecasts and projecting costs for U.S. Government contractors. + Requires experience calculating labor costs as well as material costs. + Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
